    Customers must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.


Product Information

  1. Accuracy of Information
    While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, variations may occur due to lighting, dye lots, or material production. Such variations do not constitute defects.

  2. Product Availability
    All products are subject to availability. In the event an item is unavailable, customers will be notified with options to cancel or wait for restocking.

  3. Pricing
    All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Floor Mart is not responsible for pricing errors but will notify customers of any discrepancies before processing an order.


Orders and Payments

  1. Order Acceptance
    Floor Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  2. Full Box Quantities
    Most products must be ordered in full box quantities. Orders below full box requirements may require adjustments, and customers will be contacted if necessary.
  3. Payments
    All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Policy
    By placing an order, customers agree to Floor Mart's Shipping Policy.
  2. Delivery Conditions
    Products will be delivered to the driveway or nearest accessible door. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order, or additional fees for re-delivery may apply.
  3. Damage Reporting
    Any damages must be noted on the delivery driver’s form at the time of delivery. Claims must be reported to info@floormart.ca within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Non-Returnable Products
    All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless products are defective or misdelivered.
  2. Refunds
    Refunds for backordered or unavailable items will be issued promptly upon confirmation of cancellation. For more information, see our Return Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Review of Policies
    Customers agree to review and adhere to all Floor Mart policies, including Shipping and Return Policies, before completing a purchase.
  2. Accurate Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including shipping addresses and contact details.

Limitation of Liability

Floor Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including delays, damage, or loss of use.


Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Return Policy

At Floor Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality flooring products and exceptional service. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle defective or misdelivered items.


We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must email info@floormart.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and photos of the items in their current condition.
  • Products must be unopened and in good condition to qualify for a return.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds take approximately 2-3 weeks to process after the returned items are received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales on installation products or accessories are final, and products are non-returnable.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. At Delivery:
    • Any damages must be noted on the delivery driver’s form at the time of delivery. Failure to document damages during delivery may result in your claim being denied.
  2. Within 24 Hours:
    • Email info@floormart.ca within 24 hours of delivery with:
      • A detailed explanation of the issue.
      • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

Our team will review the claim and determine a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for defective or damaged products.


Refunds for Backorders or Unavailable Stock

  • If a product is unavailable or on backorder, customers will be notified and given the option to:
    1. Wait for the product to become available.
    2. Request a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued promptly upon confirmation of the customer’s request.

Shipping Policy

At Floor Mart, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers in Ontario. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries, timelines, and more.


Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to locations within Canada only.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via freight delivery services.
  • For houses: Items will be left on the driveway or in the garage if accessible. If the driveway is not accessible, items will be left at the end of the driveway.
  • For apartments: Items will be delivered to the nearest accessible door.

Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to deliver orders within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary as materials are sourced from across North America.
  • Expedited or rush shipping may be available upon request; customers must contact us directly to arrange this.
  • Customers will receive an email notification if any delays occur.

Pickup Option

  • Local pickup is available in London, Ontario.
  • Customers interested in pickup must contact us before placing their order to arrange details.

Order Handling

  • Shipping costs are tiered based on your location and the size of your order.
  • We strive to ship orders complete. Partial shipments can be requested by the customer but may incur additional shipping charges.

Backorders

  • If a product is unavailable at the time of order, customers will be notified and given the option to:
    1. Wait for the item to become available.
    2. Cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Notifications

  • Customers will receive an ETA for their shipment.
  • A phone call will be made to confirm delivery dates and times.

Damaged Products

  • Upon delivery, any damages must be noted on the driver’s delivery slip.
  • Claims for damaged materials must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If damages are not recorded on the delivery slip, claims may not be honored.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All items are non-returnable due to the nature of product transfers and specialty orders.
  • Please ensure you review product details and consider ordering samples before making a purchase.
