Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

- Any damages must be noted on the delivery driver’s form at the time of delivery. Failure to document damages during delivery may result in your claim being denied.

Refunds for Backorders or Unavailable Stock
- If a product is unavailable or on backorder, customers will be notified and given the option to:
